Time Line Therapy

Time Line Therapy is a technique formulated by Tad James. Every one has a time line that can used to go back to the past, view the present, and future. We can release emotions that are trapped on our time line and pick up information that we may have missed. We can also use it to create goals for the future and cement them in to our time line. Time Line Therapy can give us a new perspective on our lives.
