Krista uses a combination of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP, Reiki, and Time Line Therapy to help her clients release the stress/ drama that is keeping them from enjoying life to the fullest. She may also offer simple relaxation tips: visualization and essential oils depending on the clients' needs.
